On-camera Realtor intro
Before we roll. Talk like you would at a showing — warm, clear, and short. About 20–30 seconds is plenty. Three beats. One reason to book a visit.
An easy three-part intro
- Say hello: Your name and brokerage — keep it brief.
- Share one hook: One detail photos alone can’t quite capture.
- Invite them in: One warm next step: book a showing or reach out.
Try something like this
“Hi, I’m [Your Name] with [Brokerage]. One of my favourite things about this home is [one standout detail]. I’d love to show you through — message me to set up a time.”
Swap in real details. Skip anything you wouldn’t say face to face. We’ll guide you on where to stand and look — just be yourself.
Feel comfortable on camera
- Look into the lens — like you’re talking to one interested person.
- Stand comfortably. Soft hands, easy shoulders. A small gesture is fine.
- Take a breath, then start. Speak the way you talk with clients.
- A few takes are totally okay. Restart anytime — no need to apologize.
- Wear solid colours that feel like you. Busy patterns can distract.
- Silence your phone. Empty noisy pockets before we start.
- Spell your name and brokerage for titles, and send a PNG logo ahead if you have one.
- Pause a beat after your last line so we can make a clean cut.
